The General Directorate of Public Finance works to best adapt its territorial network to demographic changes, new modes of relations with public services introduced by new technologies and above all, to user expectations. The registration mission carried out within the SIE of Saint-Gaudens by only one agent is intended to be transferred to the SPF-E of Toulouse 3 during the year 2018 in order to improve the quality of the service provided to the user through greater professionalization of this mission within a service which already concentrates more than 90% of the registration issues and operations of the Haute-Garonne department. This transfer does not call into question the existence of other services installed in the municipality of Saint-Gaudens, in which, in addition to the treasury and the SIE, three other services of the DGFiP, a personal tax service, a land registration service as well as a property tax center. Concerning more particularly the land registration service of this municipality, any development concerning it will be preceded by a phase of in-depth consultation with the agents, their representatives, elected officials and the Prefect. In addition, as with any reorganization project, the Minister of Action and Public Accounts will ensure that this project is part of the government's ambition to reinvent local public services, by rethinking the model of points of contact with the population.
