Summary

Mme Frédérique Meunier attire l'attention de Mme la secrétaire d'État, auprès du Premier ministre, chargée des personnes handicapées, qui perçoivent l'AAH à terme échu. Si durant cette période, ils viennent à travailler, l'allocation est alors recalculée et dans certains cas, la personne bénéficiant de l'allocation doit rembourser un trop perçu. Cette situation concerne ces travailleurs dans le milieu public. Elle lui demande s'il est possible que soit pris en compte les revenus du salarié en même temps que le versement de l'AAH afin d'éviter ces remboursements de trop perçu.
