Summary

Mme Valérie Bazin-Malgras attire l'attention de Mme la ministre, auprès du ministre d'État, ministre de la transition écologique et solidaire, chargée des transports, sur la nécessité de soutenir un « plan vélo sincère et financé ». En effet, pédaler permet non seulement d'agir sur la santé, sur la qualité de l'air, mais contribue également à la redynamisation des commerces et à la création d'emplois non délocalisables. Ce plan consisterait à créer un fonds national vélo (les associations estiment qu'il devrait être doté de 200 millions d'euros par an), d'une indemnité kilométrique vélo obligatoire et d'un bonus VAE incitatif. C'est pourquoi elle lui demande de lui indiquer si elle entend soutenir cette initiative.
