The initial finance law for 2017, prepared and voted by the previous majority, did not provide a sufficient budget for housing allowances (APL). The new majority was thus led to quickly take a management measure to balance the accounts of the National Housing Assistance Fund (FNAL) which finances the APLs. It was therefore decided to reduce the amount of APL by 5 euros for all beneficiaries.
