Summary

Mr. Deputy, FranceConnect is a portal that simplifies and secures users' access to public services as well as certain essential services in the private sphere. It is a simple and secure entry point that more than 42 million citizens use to connect to their online services with the identifier of their choice. FranceConnect was launched in 2016 to simplify connections for French people for their online services by reusing already created password identifiers without having to recreate a multitude of accounts. The development of a diverse ecosystem of identity providers is a critical factor in the success of FranceConnect, particularly for French citizens residing abroad. Users must be able to benefit from a multiplicity of identifiers, federated within FranceConnect, in order to access the most simply possible for their administrative procedures. The YRIS application allows you to connect for free via FranceConnect to French people based abroad. They will need to create this identity at the following link https://www.yris.eu/fr. French people established abroad can thus access and connect via FranceConnect from all countries around the world, in addition to the La Poste digital identity.
