Furthermore, while the business model of these companies has until now been based on the recovery of waste, they will no longer have, with some exceptions, ownership of this waste. Their mission will therefore be limited to collection and transport, which (even beyond the question of ecological logic that there may be) having to multiply the kilometers in this way) will put their viability at risk. This is why it would like to know whether, without losing sight of the initial deadlines, which have already been significantly extended, it would not be appropriate to consult the players in this sector again, in order to ensure that the establishment of this REP sector is able to achieve the objectives that it had set itself.
