The report and opinion of the National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety (ANSES) relating to the expertise on “electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) or idiopathic environmental intolerance attributed to electromagnetic fields (IEI-CEM)” were published on March 26, 2018. Finally, as part of the ANSES assessment, the experts indicated that there is no scientific data to demonstrate the effectiveness of white zones or “whitened” buildings, nor of specific hospital rooms, on the reduction of symptoms reported by people declaring themselves electro-hypersensitive.
