Summary
Mr. Patrick Mignola draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to the drug Alectinib from Roche laboratories. This received marketing authorization in 2017 and since then, many professionals, and especially their patients, have been waiting for its marketing. Indeed, Alectinib represents an alternative to other treatments whose side effects seriously harm physical integrity. and intellectual of the sick. We are therefore faced with an issue of public health but also of human dignity in medical treatments. There is therefore an urgent need for the Government to allow the marketing of this drug, which is also distributed in many European countries. It is clear that we are faced, unfortunately, with a financial challenge as with any marketing authorization for a new drug. But it would be inconceivable that the principle of universal reimbursement, through a perverse financial effect, delays or blocks patients' access to advances in scientific research. He would therefore like to know his intentions on this issue.
