Edaspidi on lapsetoetus võrdselt iga lapse eest 100 eurot kuus. Senise süsteemi asemel, kus lasterikka pere toetus kadus esimese lapse täisealiseks saamisel, hakatakse lasterikka pere toetust maksma täies ulatuses nii kaua, kuni peres kasvab vähemalt kolm alaealist last. Kui peres on kokku kolm või enam last, kuid vaid kaks neist alaealised, hakatakse lasterikka pere toetust vähendama proportsionaalselt 1/3 võrra.

The bill provides for banning the breeding and keeping of animals in Estonia solely or mainly for the purpose of obtaining fur. The explanatory note states that on November 26, 2015, a scientific report was presented in the European Parliament, according to which banning fur farms is the only solution to prevent serious violations of animal welfare in the fur industry. The report shows that fur farms where the needs of wild animals could be met to come, does not exist. Even the best attempts to comply with animal welfare requirements cannot raise animal welfare to a level that most people would consider adequate.
