The bill specifies the authorization norm on the basis of which the financing of nationally important cultural buildings takes place. The bill envisages supporting the participation of young people in interest education and interest activities and to avoid a situation where additional support from the state could be drastically reduced. The bill ends the conversion of descriptive verbal assessment to numerical in the first and second grade of elementary school, in order to stop duplicating the work of teachers who use descriptive verbal assessment.
