Lower Los Angeles River and San Gabriel River Watersheds Study Act of 2001 - Requires the Secretary of the Interior to study and report to specified congressional committees on the suitability and feasibility of establishing the following areas collectively as a National Park System unit: (1) the Lower Los Angeles River and its tributaries below the confluence of the Arroyo Seco; (2) the San Gabriel River and its tributaries in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, California; and (3) the San Gabriel Mountains within the territory of the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy.
