Responsible Student Financial Assistance Assurance Act of 2002 - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide that only those students who have committed drug offenses during the period they were receiving student grant, loan, or work assistance shall have their eligibility for such assistance suspended upon conviction for such an offense.
