Summary

Forfeiture of Federal Annuities Amendment Act - Prohibits an individual, or the survivor or beneficiary of an individual, from being paid Federal annuities or retired pay on the basis of creditable service, if before, on, or after the date of enactment of this Act: (1) revocation proceedings are instituted against the individual under the Immigration and Nationality Act and the appropriate court revokes the individual's citizenship; or (2) the individual makes a renunciation of nationality.
