Summary
Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the Government of Croatia should: (1) guarantee its citizens fundamental human rights and freedoms; (2) allow full freedom of the media and free and fair elections; (3) establish an independent judiciary and lower court system; (4) reestablish the independence of the Croatian Party of Rights (CPR) and reinstate the Party's five seats in the Croatian Parliament; (5) end the terror and abuse of justice perpetrated by the Croatian Government against Dobroslav Paraga and the CPR; (6) dismiss pending charges and end all harassment against Paraga and his family; and (7) conduct an investigation into the death of Ernest Brajder and make its findings public.
