<b>Bezug:</b> Das Gesetz ist textidentisch mit der Regierungsvorlage E31 Das Gesetz ist Teil eines Gesamtprogramms zugunsten erneuerbarer Energien; zur Vergütungsregelung vergleiche die Entschließung des Deutschen Bundestages vom 20. Juni 1990 (BT Drs. 11/7169, 11/7418) Siehe auch E18 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Ausweitung des Anteils der erneuerbaren Energien an der Energieversorgung durch gesetzliche Verpflichtung der Energieversorgungsunternehmen, in ihrem Versorgungsgebiet erzeugten Strom aus diesen Quellen abzunehmen und zu Mindestpreisen zu vergüten. Bund und Ländern entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Aufnahme einer Härteklausel: Freistellung der Energieversorgungsunternehmen von dem Gesetz, wenn dessen Anwendung eine unbillige Härte darstellt oder sie an der Einhaltung von Verpflichtungen hindert, insbesondere bei Notwendigkeit einer spürbaren Anhebung der Stromabgabepreise über die Preise gleichartiger oder vorgelagerter EVU. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Erneuerbare Energiequellen/Gesetz über die Einspeisung von Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien in das öffentliche Netz * Energieversorgungsunternehmen/Gesetz über die Einspeisung von Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien in das öffentliche Netz * Elektrizitätstarif/Gesetz über die Einspeisung von Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien in das öffentliche Netz
