<b>Bezug:</b> Landwirtschaftsförderungsgesetz, BGBl I 1989, Nr. 36 S. 1435 (s. GESTA 11. WP F11, Abschlußband S. 377) Siehe auch F07, F09, F18, F26 und F41 <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Verordnung (EG) Nr. 231/94 des Rates vom 24.1.1994 zur Änderung der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1765/92 des Rates vom 30.6.1992 zur Einführung einer Stützung für Erzeuger bestimmter landwirtschaftlicher Kulturpflanzen (ABl Nr. L30 S. 2) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der §§ 2 und 9 Landwirtschaftsförderungsgesetz: Einbeziehung von zusätzlich freiwillig stillgelegten Flächen in die begünstigungsfähige landwirtschaftlich genutzte Fläche bei der Ermittlung der Förderbeträge im Rahmen des soziostrukturellen Einkommensausgleichs, Berücksichtigung dieser Flächen bei der Berechnung der Dungeinheitsgrenze. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Änderung des § 35 Abs. 1 Baugesetzbuch: Aufnahme von Windenergieanlagen in den Katalog der privilegierten, vorrangig dem Außenbereich zugewiesenen Anlagen, Gleichstellung von sonstigen Vorhaben, die der Erforschung, Entwicklung oder Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien dienen. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Streichung der vorgesehenen Änderung des § 35 Abs. 1 Baugesetzbuch betr. Windenergieanlagen und erneuerbare Energien, rückwirkende Inkraftsetzung zum 1.1.1994. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Stillegung landwirtschaftlicher Nutzflächen/Einbeziehung zusätzlich freiwillig stillgelegter Flächen in den soziostrukturellen Einkommensausgleich * Landwirtschaftliches Einkommen/Einbeziehung zusätzlich freiwillig stillgelegter Flächen in den soziostrukturellen Einkommensausgleich * Baugesetzbuch/Änderung § 35 Abs. 1 BauGB betr.
