<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Richtlinie 96/29/EURATOM des Rates vom 13. Mai 1996 zur Festlegung der grundlegenden Sicherheitsnormen für den Schutz der Gesundheit der Arbeitskräfte und der Bevölkerung gegen die Gefahren durch ionisierende Strahlungen (ABl Nr. L 159 S. 1) und Richtlinie 97/43/ EURATOM des Rates vom 30. Juni 1997 über den Gesundheitsschutz von Personen gegen die Gefahren ionisierender Strahlung bei medizinischer Exposition und zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 84/466/ EURATOM (ABl Nr. L 180 S. 22) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Umsetzung der Richtlinien 96/29/EURATOM und 97/43/EURATOM betr. Strahlenschutz in innerstaatliches Recht auf Verordnungsebene, Schaffung neuer gesetzlicher Ermächtigungen und Regelung behördlicher Zuständigkeiten, Schaffung der Voraussetzungen für die Erhebung von Verwaltungsgebühren und die Erstattung von Auslagen; Änderung zahlreicher §§ Atomgesetz, § 4 Gesetz über die Einrichtung eines Bundesamtes für Strahlenschutz, Änderung § 2 und Einfügung § 5a Kostenverordnung zum Atomgesetz, Ermächtigung zum Erlass von Verordnungen. Durch die zu erlassenden Verordnungen entstehen keine Kosten. Im Bereich des Bundesministeriums der Verteidigung kann ein Mehraufwand bei den Personalkosten entstehen. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> U.a. Streichung einer Übergangsregelung für Freigabetatbestände wegen beabsichtigter Novellierung der Strahlenschutzverordnung, Gebührenregelung für wiederkehrende Amtshandlungen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Rechtsangleichung in der EU/Umsetzung der Richtlinien 96/29/EURATOM und 97/43/EURATOM betr.
