Bezug: Gesetz zu dem Gemeinsamen Protokoll vom 21. September 1988 über die Anwendung des Wiener Übereinkommens und des Pariser Übereinkommens (s. XN004) Inhalt: Änderung versch. §§ des Atomgesetzes als Voraussetzung für die Ratifizierung des Gemeinsamen Protokolls vom 21. September 1988 über die Anwendung des Wiener Übereinkommens und des Pariser Übereinkommens im nationalen Atomhaftungsrecht, Berücksichtigung neuer Entwicklungen im Haftungsrecht, insbesondere zur Verbesserung des Opferschutzes. Für den Bund, die Länder und die Gemeinden ergeben sich keine zusätzlichen Kosten. Nebenschlagwörter: Haftung für kerntechnische Anlagen/Änderung versch. §§ AtG betr.
