Bezug: Urteil des Bundesfinanzhofs zur Umsatzsteuerpflicht bei der Vermietung von Sportanlagen vom 31. Mai 2001 (VR 97/98), einstimmige Entschließung des Deutschen Bundestages vom 28. Februar 2002 (BT Drs 14/8375) Inhalt: Änderung § 27 Umsatzsteuergesetz: Aufnahme einer bis Ende 2003 geltenden Übergangsregelung betr. Möglichkeit der Aufteilung von Umsätzen aus der Nutzungsüberlassung von Sportanlagen in eine steuerfreie Grundstücksüberlassung und eine steuerpflichtige Überlassung von Betriebsvorrichtungen. Es entstehen geringfügige Mindereinnahmen bei der Umsatzsteuer. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Herstellung der Zustimmungsbedürftigkeit, Vorverlegung des Inkrafttretens auf den 15.
