Summary
<b>Bezug:</b> Wiedervorlage des bereits in der 14. WP auf BR Drs. 20/01 (BT Drsn 14/5969, 14/9081 und 14/9634) eingebrachten Gesetzentwurfs, dem der Bundesrat seinerzeit die Zustimmung versagte (s. GESTA 14. WP 2a- E019) <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> EU-Gasrichtlinie 98/30/EG (ABl. EG Nr. L 204, 21.07.1998, S. 1) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Weitere Liberalisierung des Gasmarktes und vollständige Umsetzung der EU-Gasrichtlinie: Verpflichtung von Netzbetreibern bzw. Versorgungsunternehmen zur Schaffung diskriminierungsfreier Netzzugänge für Dritte, Schutzklausel bei Elektrizitäts- und Gasimporten, Bericht der Bundesregierung über die Wirkungen der Verbändevereinbarung bis zum 31.8.2003, Erstreckung der sog. Reziprozitätsklausel auf Strom aus Drittländern; Änderung versch. §§ Energiewirtschaftsgesetz sowie von § 64 Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen. Die öffentlichen Haushalte werden durch günstigere Gaspreise entlastet. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Klarstellung des rechtlich Gemeinten bei der Anwendung der Verbändevereinbarung zur Sicherstellung eines wirksamen Wettbewerbs. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Energiewirtschaftsgesetz/Änderung versch. §§, Einfügung §§ 4a, 6a und 9a EnWG betr. Liberalisierung des Gasmarktes * Netzzugang/ Verpflichtung der Betreiber von Gasversorgungsnetzen zur Bereitstellung diskriminierungsfreier Netzzugänge * Gasleitung/ Verpflichtung der Betreiber von Gasversorgungsnetzen zur Bereitstellung diskriminierungsfreier Netzzugänge * Gasversorgung/ Liberalisierung des Gasmarktes, Umsetzung der EU-Gasrichtlinie * Kartellgesetz/Änderung § 64 GWB betr.
