<span>Durch verstärkten Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien und des grenzüberschreitenden Stromhandels sowie neue konventionelle Kraftwerke erforderliche Straffung der Planungs- und Genehmigungsverfahren: Bedarfsplan für vordringliche Leitungsbauvorhaben, Verkürzung des Rechtswegs auf eine Instanz bei Zuständigkeit des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts, Einführung eines Planfeststellungsverfahrens für Leitungen zur Netzanbindung von Offshore-Windkraftanlagen; Prüfung von Anpassungs- und Optimierungsnotwendigkeiten sowie Berichterstattung alle fünf Jahre;<br /> Gesetz zum Ausbau von Energieleitungen (<strong>Energieleitungsausbaugesetz</strong> – EnLAG) als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Energiewirtschaftsgesetz, Änderung §§ 48 und 50 Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung sowie §§ 4, 11 und 23 Anreizregulierungsverordnung<br /> <br /> Das Gesetz hat keine finanziellen Auswirkungen auf die öffentlichen Haushalte. Der Vollzugsaufwand wird verringert.<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong><span>Detailänderungen, u. a. zu Kostenermittlung und -umlage sowie Energiespeicheranlagen; redaktionelle Änderungen und Klarstellungen</span></span>
