Summary

Anpassung an die veränderte Sicherheitslage nach den internationalen Terroranschlägen seit 2001 hinsichtlich der Gefährdung von kerntechnischen Anlagen und Nukleartransporten durch erweiterte Regelungen zur Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung verantwortlicher Personen; Gültigkeit der Vorschriften über Endlager des Bundes für die Schachtanlage Asse II bei Notwendigkeit eines Planfeststellungsverfahrens für die Stilllegung, nicht aber für den Weiterbetrieb; Änderung §§ 12b, 23, 58 und Einfügung § 57b Atomgesetz sowie Änderung § 15 AZR-Gesetz Sämtliche im Vollzug anfallenden Kosten wären auch ohne weitere gesetzliche Begleitung des Betreiberübergangs von Asse II entstanden. Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Kostentragung für Weiterbetrieb und Stilllegung von Asse II durch den Bund Bezug: Beschluss des Bundeskabinetts vom 5. November 2008 zur Übernahme des Betriebs von Asse II durch das Bundesamt für Strahlenschutz
