Umsetzung der Richtlinie über die Gebäudeenergieeffizienz: Einführung einer Grundpflicht zur Errichtung von Neubauten als Niedrigstenergiegebäude ab 2019 bzw. 2021, Kontrollmaßnahmen bei der Errichtung von Gebäuden, Stärkung der Energieausweise, Stichprobenkontrollsystem für Energieausweise und Inspektionsberichte über Klimaanlagen, Schaffung neuer Ordnungswidrigkeiten;<br /> Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Energieeinsparungsgesetz; Verordnungsermächtigung, Bekanntmachungserlaubnis<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2010/31/EU vom 19.
