Summary

Anpassungen an geänderte Bedingungen auf dem Energiemarkt und zum Monitoring der Energiewende: Ausdehnung bestimmter Erhebungspflichten und -merkmale, Einbeziehung der Blockheizkraftwerke, Änderungsmöglichkeit von Berichtskreisen, Merkmalen und Erhebungshäufigkeiten einzelner Statistiken, verstärkte Nutzung bereits erhobener energiestatistikrelevanter Daten, teilweise monatliche statt jährliche Erhebungen; Umsetzung von EU-Recht, insbes. der Energiestatistikverordnung; Konstitutive Neufassung Energiestatistikgesetz (EnStatG), Aufhebung Energiestatistikgesetz alte Fassung; Verordnungsermächtigung Bezug: Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1099/2008 vom 22. Oktober 2008 über die Energiestatistik (ABl. L 304, 14.11.2008, S. 1) Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Zusätzliche Erhebungspflichten zu Mineralöl und Mineralölerzeugnissen u.a.
