Umsetzung von EU-Recht zur Verbesserung der nuklearen Sicherheit kerntechnischer Anlagen: Erweiterung der Pflichten des Genehmigungsinhabers betr. Veröffentlichung bestimmter Mindestinformationen zu bestimmungsgemäßem Betrieb und meldepflichtigen Ereignissen bei Unfällen in enger Abstimmung mit den Behörden, Vorgaben zu den vorgeschriebenen Peer-Reviews (Einführung themenbezogener technischer Selbstbewertungen und deren internationaler Überprüfung durch EU-Mitgliedsstaaten ab 2017 mind. alle 6 Jahre), Klarstellung der Verantwortung auch für Auftragnehmer und Unterauftragnehmer einschl. der Sorge für angemessene personelle Mittel sowie Regelung des anlageninternen Notfallschutzes; Änderung §§ 7c, 24a und 24b Atomgesetz Bezug: Richtlinie 2014/87/Euratom vom 8. Juli 2014 zur Änderung der Richtlinie 2009/71/EURATOM über einen Gemeinschaftsrahmen für die nukleare Sicherheit kerntechnischer Anlagen (ABl. L 219, 25.07.2014, S.42) ; Richtlinie 2013/59/Euratom vom 5. Dezember 2013 zur Festlegung grundlegender Sicherheitsnormen für den Schutz vor den Gefahren einer Exposition gegenüber ionisierender Strahlung und zur Aufhebung der Richtlinien 89/618/Euratom, 90/641/Euratom, 96/29/Euratom, 97/43/Euratom und 2003/122/Euratom (ABl. L 13, 17.01.2014, S. 1)
