Maßnahmen zur Realisierung einer verantwortungsvollen und sicheren Entsorgung abgebrannter Brennelemente und radioaktiver Abfälle, Umsetzung von Vorgaben der EU, Aufstellung und ständige Überprüfung eines Nationalen Entsorgungsprogramms, Berücksichtigung von Grundsätzen der nuklearen Entsorgung, Durchführung regelmäßiger Bestandsaufnahmen, Festschreibung materieller Pflichten für die Inhaber von Zulassungen für Entsorgungsanlagen oder -einrichtungen, nukleare Sicherheit, Strategische Umweltprüfung (SUP), Folgeänderungen;<br /> Einfügung und Änderung versch. §§ Atomgesetz sowie Änderung Anlage 3 Gesetz über die Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie 2011/70/EURATOM vom 19.
