Summary

Strukturhilfemaßnahmen für durch die vorzeitige Beendigung der Kohleverstromung betroffene Reviere und Standorte bis 2038: Finanz- und Strukturhilfen für Gemeinden und Gemeindeverbände (Fördergebiete, Mittelverteilung, haushalterische Abwicklung, Förderbereiche), Hilfen für strukturschwache ehemalige Kohlestandorte, weitere Unterstützungsvorhaben im Zuständigkeitsbereich des Bundes, Vorhaben zur verkehrstechnischen Anbindung; Schaffung eines zentralen Koordinierungsgremiums aus Vertretern von Bund und betroffenen Ländern, wissenschaftliche Evaluation alle drei Jahre;<br /> Investitionsgesetz Kohleregionen (<strong>Investitionsgesetz Kohleregionen</strong> &ndash; InvKG) als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Änderung § 17e und Anlage Bundesfernstraßengesetz sowie § 18e und Anlage 1 Allgemeines Eisenbahngesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Eckpunkte der Bundesregierung zur Umsetzung der strukturpolitischen Empfehlungen der Kommission &quot;Wachstum, Strukturwandel und Beschäftigung&quot; vom 22. Mai 2019<br /> Kohleausstiegsgesetz (geplant)<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses:</strong> Änderungen und Ergänzungen betr. Förderbereiche und Finanzhilfen, Transparenz zur Sicherstellung ausreichender Planungskapazitäten, Verkehrswegeinfrastrukturprojekte zur Strukturstärkung im Gesamtkontext der Klima- und Energiepolitik; Annahme einer Entschließung: Aktivitäten auf EU-Ebene betr. Sonderregelungen für die Braunkohleregionen zur Förderung von Unternehmensansiedlungen und Schaffung von Investitionsanreizen, insbes.
