Summary

Teilumsetzung der Strommarktrichtlinie durch eine transparente, diskriminierungsfreie und marktgestützte Beschaffung nicht frequenzgebundener Systemdienstleistungen durch die Stromnetzbetreiber betr. Dienstleistungen zur Spannungsregelung, Trägheit der lokalen Netzstabilität, Kurzschlussstrom, dynamische Blindstromstützung, Schwarzstartfähigkeit und Inselbetriebsfähigkeit; Festlegung technischer Anforderungen des Beschaffungssystems bzw. Genehmigung von Entwürfen mit entsprechenden Spezifikationen und Anforderungen der Netzbetreiber durch die Bundesnetzagentur, Zulassung von Ausnahmen bei wirtschaftlicher Ineffizienz, Evaluierung der Ausnahmeentscheidungen alle drei Jahre;<br /> Einfügung § 12h Energiewirtschaftsgesetz<br /> <br /> Bezug: Richtlinie (EU) 2019/944 vom 05. Juni 2019 mit gemeinsamen Vorschriften für den Elektrizitätsbinnenmarkt und zur Änderung der Richtlinie 2012/27/EU (Strommarktrichtlinie) (ABl. L 158, 14.06.2019, S. 125)
