Oktober 2015 in Luxemburg unterzeichneten Protokolls betreffend die vorläufige Anwendung: Flächendeckender einheitlicher Patentschutz in Europa durch Errichtung eines Einheitlichen Patentgerichtes mit Sitz in Paris sowie Abteilungen in London und München, Zuständigkeiten, Instanzen und Spruchkörper, Richter, Rechtsquellen, materielles Recht und Verfahrensvorschriften, Finanzierung; Anlage: Satzung des Einheitlichen Patentgerichtes; Protokoll: vorläufige Teilanwendung zur Sicherstellung der vollen Funktionsfähigkeit zum Inkrafttreten des Übereinkommens<br /> <br /> Bezug: Wiedervorlage des Gesetzentwurfs auf BR-Drs 81/17 (GESTA 18.
