Summary
Beseitigung der verfassungsrechtlichen Beanstandungen zur Wiederherstellung des Vertrauensschutzes von Investoren durch Regelung von Ausgleichsansprüchen und des entspr. Verwaltungsverfahrens: Anspruch von Kraftwerksbetreibern auf finanziellen Ausgleich für im Vertrauen auf die Laufzeitverlängerung vom 28. Oktober 2010 bis 16. März 2011 getätigte Investitionen für die Erzeugung zusätzl. Elektrizitätsmengen sowie für ursprünglich den Kernkraftwerken Brunsbüttel, Krümmel und Mülheim-Kärlich zugewiesene bis zum 31.12.2022 nicht erzeugte bzw. nicht auf andere Kraftwerke übertragene Reststrommengen;<br /> Einfügung §§ 7e bis g Atomgesetz sowie Änderung § 48 Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung<br /> <br /> Bezug: Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichtes vom 6. Dezember 2016 betr. Verfassungsmäßigkeit des Dreizehnten Gesetzes zur Änderung des Atomgesetzes zur Beschleunigung des Atomausstiegs<br /> Der Gesetzentwurf ist textidentisch mit der Regierungsvorlage auf BR-Drs 205/18 GESTA N002<br /> Wird ersetzt durch das Achtzehnte Gesetz zur Änderung des Atomgesetzes, s.
