Summary
Eelnõuga muudetakse turvaseaduses sätestatud vanusenõudeid valve- või turvatöötajale, langetades kehtivat miinimumvanust 19 aastalt 18 aastale. Seadusemuudatuse jõustumise korral oleks 18-aastastel noortel võimalik alustada karjääri turvaettevõttes ühe aasta jagu varem. Turvaettevõtete kasvu piiravaks teguriks on paraku tööjõupuudus, mida valve- või turvatöötajana tegutsemise vanuse alampiir kunstlikult suurendab. Seaduse muutmine võimaldaks valdkonna ettevõtetel paremini värvata tööjõudu.
