Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse ettepanek arutada teemat kiiremas korras Riigikogus ja anda valitsusele ülesanne koroonaviiruse vastu vaktsineerimise kõrvalmõjude kahjude hüvitamise fondi loomiseks. Ettepanekut põhjendatakse, et valitsuse piirangud on Eesti elanikkonnale mitmed vaba aja veetmise ja sportimise võimalused sidunud vaktsineerimisega. Koroonaviiruse vastu vaktsineerimine on ulatuslik ja vaktsiinide kasutamise aeg on olnud lühike, mistõttu on vajalik eraldi fondi loomine, mille kaudu hakatakse hüvitama vaktsineerimise kõrvalmõjude võimalikke kahjusid.
