Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek töötada välja ja esitada ühe kuu jooksul käesoleva otsuse jõustumisest Riigikogule tegevuskava Eesti kaitseplaani täiendamiseks seoses rahvusvahelise olukorraga. Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusel ettepanek esitada ühe kuu jooksul käesoleva otsuse jõustumisest Riigikogule Eesti kaitseplaan ja selle rahaline maht ning ettepanekud rahastamisvajaduse katmiseks eesmärgiga kahekordistada riigikaitse kulutusi suhtena SKT-sse. Samuti tehakse valitsusele ettepanek taotleda koostöös teiste Euroopa Liidu riikidega erisust Euroopa Liidu eelarve tasakaalu põhimõttest, et Eesti riigikaitsesse tehtavaid kulutusi oleks võimalik käsitleda eelarve tasakaalu reegli väliselt. Valitsusele pannakse ette taotleda koostöös teiste Euroopa Liidu riikidega kaitsekokkuleppe sõlmimist, millega kahekordistatakse Euroopa Liidu kaitsevõimet.
