Summary
Eelnõu algatajad on seisukohal, et hiiglaslike toetusskeemide kavandamist tuleb parlamendi tasemel kiiresti ja põhjalikult uurida, et välistada tulevikus valitsuse isetegevus hiigelinvesteeringute kavandamisel. Komisjoni ülesandeks on selgitada välja, millistel asjaoludel tekkis plaan toetada meretuuleparkide rajamist Eestis avalikest vahenditest 2,6 miljardi või enama euroga.
