Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek töötada välja terviklik meetmete pakett lastega perede kindlustunde taastamiseks ja sündimuskriisi peatamiseks. Selleks soovitakse, et valitsus esitaks eelnõud perede kindlustunde taastamiseks, mis käsitlevad erinevaid pereloomet ja sündmust mõjutavaid valdkondi nagu perede majanduslikku kindlustatust, eluasemepoliitikat, haridust, tervist jne. Meetmete paketi kokkupanekul pannakse ette tugineda teadlaste ettepanekutele ja Sotsiaalministeeriumi koostatud analüüsile „Laste saamise ja kasvatamise toetamine: analüüs ja ettepanekud“, pöörates tähelepanu terviklikult kõigile selles sisalduvatele teemavaldkondadele ja probleemkohtadele.
