Substituer aux alinéas 1 et 2 les quatre alinéas suivants : « I. – L’article L. 2151‑2 du code de la santé publique est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au second alinéa, après le mot : « chimériques », sont insérés les mots : « animal/homme ou homme/animal » ; « 2° Il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’implantation d’embryons transgéniques ou d’embryons génétiquement modifiés ou de chimères animal/homme ou homme/animal est interdite ». »
