Après l’alinéa 47, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « IV. – Lesdits articles L. 631‑24 à 631‑24‑2 ne sont pas applicables aux contrats de vente conclus au sein de la filière des fruits et légumes frais à partir du moment où un accord interprofessionnel encadrant les relations contractuelles a été adopté et étendu dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 632‑3 et L. 632‑4. »
