Summary
I. – À l’alinéa 2, substituer aux mots : « aux finances publiques », les mots : « au compte personnel de formation ». II. – En conséquence, compléter le même alinéa 2 par la phrase suivante : « Les déclarations effectuées sur le fondement du présent article bénéficient des garanties prévues aux I à III de l’article L. 561‑22 du code monétaire et financier en matière de responsabilité des déclarants ».
