Summary

I. – Au début de l’alinéa 2, ajouter la phrase suivante : « Si la personne qui est dans un coma ou un état végétatif irréversible a produit des directives anticipées qui prévoient l’accès à l’aide à mourir, ses volontés s’imposent aux professionnels de santé suivant le patient. Dans ce cas le II du présent article ne s’applique pas. » II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « VII. – L’article 18 de la présente proposition de loi n’est pas applicable pas aux personnes ayant manifesté leur volonté par l’intermédiaire des directives anticipées mentionnées à l’article L. 1111‑11 du code de la santé publique. »
