L’article 7 du code de procédure pénale est ainsi modifié : 1° Le troisième alinéa est complété par les mots : « à l’exception des crimes prévus aux articles 222‑22 à 222‑26 du code pénal. » 2° Il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’action publique des crimes mentionnés aux articles 222‑22 à 222‑26 du code pénal, lorsqu’ils sont commis sur un mineur, est imprescriptible. »
