I. – À l’alinéa 4, après le mot : « calculé », insérer les mots : « à l’échelle régionale ». II. –  Compléter ce même alinéa par la phrase suivante : « La déclinaison du rythme maximal d’artificialisation par territoire infrarégional tient compte de la réduction de la consommation d’espaces naturels, agricoles et forestiers mise en œuvre dans le périmètre du schéma de cohérence territoriale mentionné à l’article L. 141‑1 du code de l’urbanisme. »
