I. – Après le mot : « usagers, », rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 2 : « les restaurants collectifs dont les personnes morales de droit public ont la charge sont tenus de proposer, au moins une fois par semaine, un menu sans viande ni poisson composé de protéines animales ou végétales. » II. – En conséquence, substituer aux alinéas 3 à 6, l’alinéa suivant : « II. – Le I entre en vigueur au plus tard un an après la promulgation de la présente loi. »
