Dans un délai d’un an après la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport évaluant l’offre de formation existante dans les métiers de la médiation sociale. Il étudiera également l’opportunité de créer une véritable filière de formation qualifiante et spécialisée pour les médiateurs sociaux.
