Summary
Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « La reconnaissance du caractère de projet répondant à une raison impérative d’intérêt public majeur est également ouverte aux projets pour lesquels une déclaration d’utilité publique ou une déclaration de projet a été prise avant l’entrée en vigueur de la présente loi, sous réserve qu’ils n’aient pas fait l’objet d’une décision juridictionnelle devenue définitive annulant ladite déclaration. »
