L’article L. 214‑3 du code de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa du I, les mots : « de nuire au » sont remplacés par les mots : « d’empêcher, de manière ponctuelle ou perpétuelle, le » ; 2° Le II est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La remise en état d’une unité de production hydroélectrique, si elle n’entraîne aucun aménagement nécessaire sur les cours d’eau autre que l’entretien courant, est soumise au régime de la déclaration préalable. »
