Après l’alinéa 6, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « 3° bis Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 592‑1 du code de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : « « a) Après le mot : « autorité » est inséré le mot : « indépendante » ; « « b) Après le mot : « nucléaire » sont insérés les mots : « et de radioprotection » ; « « c) Est ajouté une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Elle intègre une direction d’expertise et de recherche ayant le statut d’autorité publique indépendante. » »
