Après l’alinéa 14, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « A compter du 1 er janvier 2024, la convention de partenariat définit une teneur minimale moyenne en fibres recyclées du papier d’au moins 80 % pour les publications de presse imprimées en papier au format standard. La convention de partenariat définit les exceptions à l’application de ce taux notamment en cas de défaut ou de défaillance d’approvisionnement. »
