Après l’alinéa 105, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « 16° bis AA L’article 397‑3‑1 est ainsi modifié : « a) À la première phrase, le mot : « deuxième » est remplacé par le mot : « troisième » ; « b) À la dernière phrase, les mots : « les deux derniers alinéas de l’article 397‑3 sont applicables », sont remplacés par les mots : « le dernier alinéa de l’article 397‑3 est applicable » ; »
