I. – Complé ter l’alinéa 3 par les mots : « , sauf si des directives anticipées ont été rédigées conformément à l’article L. 1111‑11 du code de la santé publique ». II. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa 3, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsque la manifestation de la volonté de recourir à l’aide à mourir est exprimée par l’intermédiaire de directives anticipées, l’article 18 de la présente loi n’est pas applicable. »
