I. – Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 14 : « IV. – La personne confirme au médecin qu’elle demande l’administration de la substance létale. » II. – En conséquence, complé ter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « II. – L’article 18 de la présente proposition de loi n’est pas applicable aux recours supplémentaires à la procédure d’aide à mourir qui pourraient avoir lieu suite à l’application du IV de l’article L. 1111‑12‑4 du code de la santé publique ainsi modifié. »
